I am currently in the process of researching the impact of video games over the past several years. I have been assigned a research paper in my freshman Critical Reading and Writing Class in which I was originally supposed to explore questions that we derived from a class reading, The Wal-Mart Effect by Charles Fishman. As a result, I now plan on giving an overview on the impact of video games on our modern lives, ranging from the potential uses as games for educational purposes, as well as video games as tools for research and entertainment. When I complete the assignment, depending on quality, I may check and see if it is acceptable to publish it anyway.
